- Handling incoming phone calls, documents and daily mail.
- Receiving clients and visitors at our office.
- Preparing and typing the documents required by senior staff.
- Organizing the appointments, meetings and travels of staff members.
- Reporting to the management of the firm.
- Handling all types of administrative work given by senior staff.
- Positive and welcoming personality.
- Excellent in English (verbal and writing).
- Prepared to do translation of conversations and documents (Vietnamese/English) on a daily basis.
- Excellent skills with computer softwares (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication abilities, enthusiastic & professional attitude
- We are looking for a long-term collaboration with a trust-worthy person.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant would be considered as a major advantage.
