Assistant Sales Manager
Chemical Eng., Manufacturing / Process
- Generate new business and expend customer base by acquiring new customers or introducing new products to existing customers in order to achieve or exceed sales target.
- Meet the sales target, secure new business opportunities and provide on time, accurate sales report to supervisor to cater sales forecast.
- Make expected number of sales calls and conduct workshop/seminars or customer training sessions for creating sales opportunities.
- Provide first hand troubleshooting support to customers; coordinate with all related departments to enhance customer satisfaction; manage sales representatives to meet the target.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least five (5) years of work experience in sales, preferably in the shoe industry
- Must be self-motivated, result oriented, dedicated, team oriented and self-driven
- Must be Chinese or Taiwanese national with fluency in English
