Job Description

Our client is a global company and operating in pharmaceutical; consummer healthcare and animal healthcare industry. We are looking for potential Customer service, Event operation, marketing operation experience candidate for General Services Manager position with details:

POSITION PURPOSE

This position provides operational support to the General Services (GS) team in Vietnam.

The job holder is familiar with the Global General Services processes (Congress & Event Operations, Marketing and Sales support) and ensures that these are being well adhered to and aligned at the local level.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & collaboration

 Actively partner with divisional management team - focus on all CFO functions

 Manages newly established Team of General Services which provides support to all divisions

 Engages with Business Unit heads to identify business needs and requirements, while enhancing process excellence and harmonization across all divisions

 Assures competitive and innovative functional & process operations across divisions and in cooperation with other local functions

 Accountable for the efficiency, quality and compliance of local service execution

 Contributes to the global GS network with local best practices, discussion of issues and project participation

 Implementation

Establishes new Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for Vietnam in the area of General Services, based on global guidance and governance.

Ensure compliance with global process designs and necessary adaptation to local norms and laws

Driving implementation and improving effectiveness of global Process Tools in local execution and according to local needs

Implement with Head of Business Service processes for exception handling, their execution, consistent documentation and ensure implementation within team

Efficiency & Optimization

Guide and monitor efficient and effective general services operations in Vietnam according to KPI & Support GS team to deliver agreed service levels and ensure customer and employee satisfaction

Increase efficiency and effectiveness of GS processes and ensure continuous improvement

Monitoring of GS KPIs and taking proactive actions to have an efficient service execution and monitoring

Manage and improve quality standards, manage daily service operations projects, responding to service demands and take appropriate action to resolve

Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practices in service delivery based on global framework

Optimizing coverage of compliance standards and risk mitigation initiatives

Event management at Pharmaceuticals & Consumer Health Division

Provide operational support to organize and manage business events at Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Heath Divisions 

Job Requirement

Good communication in both Vietnamese and English

Experience in marketing operation, event operation, sales administration in global company is advantage

Good leadership; influencing and problem solving skills
