Digital Planning Manager (Head of Digital)

The day-to-day

Responsible for and manage digital team, 2 digital planners
Bring all the digital skillsets together in the most compelling and effective way possible for clients
Take overall responsibility for all digital output across
Responsible for the digital revenue and related P&Ls
Work with the CEO and management team to devise the optimal team structure within each of the client teams and ensure this structure is implemented
Work with the CEO and management team on wider agency matters to ensure staffs are dedicated to a strong vision and motivated and proud of their agency.
Coach and train, retain the key staffs
Maximizing revenue is the primary metric for the role
Tasked with producing award winning work

Be a mentor for all digital team members.
Establish deal with the vendors to maximize the group revenue
Solutions-oriented culture, balancing the needs of our clients, while maintaining overall business objectives
Assemble the digital pitch team for RFPs
In the first year, the priority is to ensure that all clients adhere to minimum digital standards – this may include ad-serving, optimize tactics, campaign KPI setting, etc
In the second year, requires to build up a future facing digital capability built around data first strategies and digital innovation
