- Manage sales team to sell contextual and media ads.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality of advertisements.
- Ensure timely advertising billing and payment for customers
- Review sales processes and suggest improvements.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for customers.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve short and long term sales revenue objectives.
- Recognize new sales opportunities by studying the latest market trends.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a sales manager;
- Experience with Google AdWords
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A continuous ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong determination to achieve challenging targets;
- Confidence and ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to negotiate and create win-win situations
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic financial/market data
- Professional and driven personality
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam
- Good written and spoken English, computer literacy
