Job Description

Recruitment 
• Manage and develop the recruitment activities;
• Develop recruitment plans for finding the right candidates to fill vacancies;
• Make job description, Job ads;
• Manage the selection & recruitment process;
• Interview and evaluate the candidates;
Compensation & Benefits
• Develop, implement and keep up to date HR policies, procedures;
• Prepare annual HR budget (headcounts, labour cost, staff benefits, etc.);
• Maintain and update employee database;
• Manage attendance record, payroll, insurance and PIT; 
• Manage the foreigners’ profiles, process visa, work permit, residence cards for expats;
• Participate in salary surveys, keep updated with HR best practices and trends, and make proposals for C&B structure review;
• Work with the local authorities on C&B related matters (insurances, PIT, etc.);
Training & Development 
• Work with line managers to identify and consolidate all training needs for each function/department
• Plan and carry out training development projects 
• Work with department heads in planning the career path for key talents, promote career development and make succession plans
• Implement and oversee the entire performance appraisal process, and continuously improve the performance management system
Lead, coach and develop the nationwide HR team
• Promote the organisations working environments, core values and culture;
 

Job Requirement

  • University Degree, in related field (HR or Business Management) 
  • Minimal 5 years of experience in Admin & HR management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relation management skills. Strong customer service approach, communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to facilitate change, persuade and negotiate to reach acceptable compromise/ solutions among all levels in the organization 
  • Extensive working knowledge of Vietnam’s employment laws 
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR technical areas, such as compensation and benefits, employment, job evaluation, salary administration, performance management and personnel development 
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office suite and Outlook 
  • Have a good knowledge of Retail/ Service Industry
