Job Description

Our client is a global company, operating in agriculture industry.
 We are looking for dynamic, hones amd active person for Key Account Manager position (Aquaculture Hatchery), based in Southern Area

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To achieve sales and margin target in the assigned area by finding out and negotiating with key customers (Aquaculture hatcheries) to maximize availability and sales volume of the Compnay products in the key hatchery as well as establish long-term trustful relationship with customers
  • Work with Product Managers to build up high quality tailored-made technical/post sales service to each key account hatchery including technical training/consultancy, technical materials and lab service support
  • Propose/implement special promotion program as well as pricing policy for each key account and ensure the quality of Sales and Marketing strategies execution is in line with the organizations’ policies
  • Support BDCs to penetrate to other large and medium hatcheries
  • Ensure customers payment is in time and in line with the Company policies
  • Actively keep track on market situation, competitors and business environment change and implement/propose anticipate actions to supervisor and BU head timely
  • Accountable for sales reports accurately and timely & update customers profile
  • Plan to spend approximately 70% of time in field
  • Update business environment change to line manager

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from University, major in Aquaculture
  • At least 3-year experience in senior sales/customer management or similar position in shrimp hatchery industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mobile, self-motivated, team-spirit, able to work independently and under high pressure
