Job Description

  • Ensure achievement of all agreed corporate, commercial and business objectives and targets, i.e. Contract Plan targets, Partnership Shops’ sell-out volumes, DSO, etc.
  • Achieve excellent execution and/or management of merchandising opportunities and A&P activities of brands/products in both own and competitors’ outlets
  • Ensure high level of achievement of other sales-related key performance indicators (KPIs) i.e. timely listings/distribution any new of product(s), price management of core products vs. competitors at all supply levels and outlet channel, optimum stock level in assigned areas and/or channels, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate up-dating and submission of regular reports, i.e. TARGET, Outlet Depletion Report, etc. and subsequently review, analyze and then using these reports/information to effectively manage the Contract/outlets’ performances.
    To ensure actual expenditures on allocated A&P and FTT expenses are well managed and controlled, kept to within approved budgets or levels
  • Work with the Area Manager to develop and increase overall business (On- and Off-Trade), market share and SOV (visibility) in the provinces/regions around Outer Ha Noi (e.g. Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Ha Tay, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh and Bac Giang)
  • To ensure accurate, up-to-date and punctual submission and response to both internal and external requests for information, assistance, actions, reports, etc.  as well as correspondences in any form
  • Constantly monitor field and market information, i.e. market trends, trade developments, competitors’ activities, etc. and submit accurate and timely reports to the Management

Job Requirement

  • University Degree. Major in Marketing / Business preferred.
  • Good English Skill
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG, beverage industry or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge in wines, spirits, food and beverage would be advantageous
