Job Description

  • Work with Customer on costing, ensure all costing for product is accurate and achieves the set profitability targets
  • Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations
  • Manage customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet Dept. objectives
  • Manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) are on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries
  • Review profitability of styles, product categories, and delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for seasons and carry out necessary actions immediately
  • Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements
  • Recruit suitable and competent staff and identify training needs that make both the individual and the company improved
  • Implement and improve systems to ensure smooth running of the department
  • Allocate works to staffs of the group, guide and help them perform their tasks, help to solving problem in case in needed
  • Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements
  • Attend the CP meeting weekly and other management meetings when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English / Business Administration,
  • 7-10 Years of experience in the industry
  • MS Office and Computer Applications          
  • Active Team Management Skills
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Time management
  • Excellent Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (if Vietnamese is nature language)
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Leadership skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
