Job Description

  • Acquisition and development of new customers and projects at appropriate decision-maker levels (CEO, CPO, owner).
  • Personal responsibility for ETO (Engineering-to-order) projects (up to 1 mil EUR).
  • Responsibility for coordination of industry projects (1 to 5 mil EUR).
  • Local coordination of big projects (from 5 mil EUR).
  • Management and maintenance of customer relationship including end-users, contractors and consultants.
  • Carry out site survey & supervise the installation.
  • Design and present technical solutions & proposals to customers.
  • Responsibility for tender (public and closed) bids incl. specification, proposal, contracting in compliance with local laws and company regulations.
  • Follow-up and coordination of service activities within and after the warranty period
  • Responsibility to maintain professional network to ensure support form ASEAN country units, industry sectors, CoC’s and plants.
  • Organization of and participation at marketing activities (trade fairs, forums, unions) advertising at magazines and on Internet.

Job Requirement

  • BSc in Technical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in project sales, preferred in selling complete hydraulic system.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in engineering and designing software tools.
  • Good communication, organization, analytical sales skills.
  • Sound knowledge of industrial hydraulics products and systems.
  • Good understanding of customer application requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in civil engineering projects (hydropower, irrigation); energy (thermal power) and metallurgy would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers at all levels of the organizations.
  • Able to work independently and with high level of discipline.
  • Strong sense of integrity and compliance culture.
  • Strong business acumen and willingness to travel around Vietnam.
