1. Sales Assistant
- Preparing sales contracts, annex, invoice, packing list for Import and Export shipment.
- To send, follow-up (working closely with sales and other departments), collect and file documents in/out within Sales and Production Dept. carefully and in order
- To input customer’s order into company system.
- To contact with staffs of other departments to fulfill the job as well as to support the Sales Manager.
- Preparing sales reports following request of Sales Manager.
- To do other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager and Sales General Manager
- To book flight ticket & Hotel for Sales Manager & General Manager
- Arranging car/taxi (if any)
- To coordinate with admin staff solving some the administration issues.
- To do other jobs assigned by Sales Manager.
- Female only
- English communication and computer skill (Excel, Word, PP...) is based. (Japanese communicated is priority)
- Typing by VNI key - no TELEX.
- University graduated (Business Administration/Marketing/Economic).
- Expected having experiences in sales assistant at least 2-3 years.
- Having knowledge about import-export is preferable.
- Working under high pressure and overtimes is usually.
- Self-motivated, senses of humor....
