- Develop and lead the sales team to achieve the Sales targets
- Provide strong leadership and motivation to the team members
- Monitor and supervise the Sales production & activities
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to build high quality potential customer base
- Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.
- Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures.
- Practice Company rules, ethics and personnel management to direct staffs
- Degree in Business Administration/ Economics
- At least 3 year - experienced in Sales Management position
- Preferred experience in Real Estate
- Can work under very high pressure
- Good command of English is a MUST
- Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong determination and self-motivated to success
- Self-confident and strong personality, Well-presented.
- Strong management, leadership skills with capability to manage, coach and motivate a team of salespeople.
