Our client is a global enterprise specialize and provide comprehensive fowarding services. We are looking for the suitable candidate to fill up the relevant conditions as following:
- Leader of Sales Department to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with the strategies of company.
- Establish and make close relationships with old and new customer.
- Regular updates of market information, quotations and assist to General Manager to take care the customers.
- Submit and report to General Manager timely.
- Support successful business handover between Sales Department and Operation Department and other departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships vendors such as airlines, shipping lines, oversea agents.
- Coach and support all staffs of Sales Department to enhance market and business.
- Minimum of 5 year experiences in Forwarding, Logistic.
- Graduated from the university with major in Foreign Trade, Economics or Marketing or Business Administration, Import and Export.
- Master of Air-freight, Sea-Freight, Customs Clearance Process.
- At least 1 year experience of team leader.
- Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills, organization skills, result driven and customer focused.
- Good in writing and speaking in English. Japanese speaking is preferable (if any)
- Good at PC skill and excellent in presentation with customers.
- Excellent in customer communication, negotiation, sales orientation and achievement drive.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work under high pressure.
- Good knowledge about international and domestic trade.
- Positive, have ability to solve problem and offer the best solutions to meet the needs of customers.
