Job Description

Our client is a professional supplier of professional electrical appliances, whose main products are rice cookers from Japan. Head office is in Ho Chi Minh City and an office is in Hanoi. The company is expanding business and looking for talent for Sales Manager position:

1. . Customer system management:
-  Establishing relationships with Partners: Distributors, Agents,... Updating the list of distributors, partners regularly, continuously.
- Supervise, monitor, urge, process orders (price, quantity, delivery, until collection) according to sales plan, season ...
- Inventory management (Business Supervisors are requested to report once a week or twice a week).
- Proposing and supervising the promotion.
- Synthesize, recommend, propose policies, pay with the above subjects.
- Schedule sales, programs for each periodic area, cost estimates, expected revenue to be made.
- Responsible for all debts owed to partners and customers in the assigned area.


2. Development of customer system:
- Update customer directories, partners; Plan to expand the market periodically weekly / monthly / quarter / year.
- Establish and build relationships with customers, partners.
- Plan, approach, care, book appointment, bargain negotiation. Send sample (if any)
- Recommend the management board of cooperation methods.
- Follow the process until the latch, order.
- Proactively develop, find customers, partners.
- Actively negotiate and negotiate with customers to sign contracts.
- Set up a strategic customer system, potential customers to set up customer care plan.


3. Formulation and implementation of business policies:
- Develop pricing policies, understand the products they are in charge of, and the like of competitors.
- Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of sales policy.
- Develop and implement action plans for each business area throughout the week / month / year closely with the development orientation of the Company.
- Coordinate with the business leaders to work out action plans to deploy sales for each stage appropriate market.
- Build a business plan, trade effectively.
- Ensure cargo coverage at all points of sale.


4. Develop and implement marketing strategy:
- Build and implement the marketing and branding of the company's products.
- Proposals to develop effective sales support programs in distributors, agents in each region, each locality, each campaign ...
- Build relevant programs to propose activation of brand awareness of customers, commercial activities, commercial marketing.
- Application research to determine the market segment of products companies and competitors products segment.
- Develop programs, marketing campaigns, propose conferences, seminars to introduce products to support sales.

Job Requirement

Male (between 35 and 40 years)

1. Education: University

2. Expertise: Economics, Business Administration

3. Skills / Abilities:
-  Active, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
- Minimum 05 years of work experience in household electrical product sales
- Good communication skill;
- Creativity, High work pressure
-  Ability to manage time, organize work well

4. Other Requirements:
- Good healthy
- Tolerated to the market
