- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales target, account receivables, customer relationship goals.
- Manage subordinates in sales team
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Participate in the sales and marketing strategy planning and implementation;
- Active involvement in the co-ordination and execution of sales launches.
- Coordinate with Manager in all aspects relating to customer relationship management system
- Good communication and presentation skills, in both English and Vietnamese
- Sound leadership and management capabilities;
- Real estate market and relevant legislation
- Active, pleasant, enthusiastic and customer oriented
- Result oriented, passion in sales, good teamwork
- Good working attitude and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
