This Position is required to provide high-quality job performance in “Corporate Services”
& “HR for Expatriates” job items of Administration Department.
- Travel affairs (management of company cars/ taxi, ticketing matter, etc.)
- Office & apartment leasing matters.
- Immigration matters (WP, TRC, visa, etc.)
- Other office administration jobs (medical care/ golfing/ children’s schooling for Expats, office security, etc.)
- Other supports required by Administration/ Business Departments from time to time.
- University graduate (preferable from English, Natural Sciences or Business-related faculties).
- Having at least 3-year full-time working experience in administrative/ servicing jobs.
- Past working experience with international companies is an advantage.
- Good at both Vietnamese & English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC score at least 800).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Multi-tasking ability
- Good sense of servicing, supporting, organizing, coordinating at work
- Able to work independently and with team
- Integrity, hard-working and trustworthy
