Our client is looking for foreigner candidate to fill in position Senior HR Executive with the below requirements:
• Assistant HR Dept. Head in HR issue.
• Assistant HR Dept. Head in planning yearly recruitment and training plan.
• Coordinate recruitment and training as planned or arising, special in recruiting management level
• Create, management, update recruitment and training doccument.
• Involve in set up HR policy (recruitment and training)
• Advising HR Dept. Head on personnel development strategy.
• Assistant HR Director in performance appraisal, Talent Management, Success Planning
• University degree in Economics, Business administration, personnel administration.
• Experience in performance appraisal, Talent Management, Success Planning
• Good communication skill.
• Proactive, independence and working under high pressure.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• At least 3 year experience in recruitment and training
