Job Description

Our client, a leading consumer products MNC, is seeking an Assistant Shopper Development Manager who will report to the Shopper Development Manager (BDM) and be responsible for implementing business plans and the 5P tactics for each of their retail environments. The jobholder works closely with both Consumer Marketing and Customer Marketing team and execute against the category, brand, channel and account strategies.

• Coordinating and communicating retail strategy and its implementation plan to all field force.
• Coordinating with Customer Marketing to build and develop of a Go to Market Strategy and Go to Market plans which ensures we optimize distribution and coverage in each retail environment
• Conducting pre-/post analyses of promotions, developing a library of performance history, and adjusting business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment for all types of trade / consumer spending
• Managing and monitoring the 5Ps implementation against KPIs in each regions/areas.
• Applying shopper and trade insights and performance assessment to develop recommendations for product, pricing, promotion, placement and POP Media by retail environment
• Develops Selling story for the KAMs based on Shopper & Retailer insights and ensuring the execution of 5Ps in place.
 

Job Requirement

Education:

•A minimum of a Business Bachelor's degree is required - MUST.
•  Undergraduate coursework in Business and/or a Masters in Business Administration is desirable.

Experience Required:

•  A proven track record of performance with at least 3 years of increasing marketing/sales/customer marketing responsibility
•    Familiar with Shopper Insights, Brand & RE, Category knowledge
•    Strong influencing and communication skills, Fluent English

•    Previous experience working in customer marketing team
•    Experience in FMCG companies in Vietnam
