Job Description:
- Research the market & competitors to develop effective solutions for clients creatively
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff concerning campaign details
- Presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs
- Co-ordination the presentation of the agreed final proposal
- Arranging and chairing meetings and report writing
- Manage and operate all the activities of Customer Service Department
Job Requirement:
- English fluency, particularly writing & reading
- Computer skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Presentation & relationship building skill
- Creative thinking ability
- Strategy formulation ability
- Independent working ability, but still a team player
- Thorough knowledge of the processes involved in agency functioning
- Knowledge of managing work flow
- Basic understandings of the functioning of support departments
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of local market conditions
- Excellent communicator & presenter
- 3-5 years experience in advertising company.
