* Our client is the famous agency in that provides highly creative and strategically-driven public relations, event management and intergrated marketing activation services. Now they are looking for the position as Project Executive/ Senior Project Executive.
- Venue Selection- Logistics- Budgeting
- Co-ordination & managing the suppliers
- Submission of licenses to the relevant authorities
- On site management & quality control of event
- Submit timely report of post event expenses and budgets are generated and reported in a timely manner.
- Experienced in managing and organizing Activations, Events, Show Programs or Promotional Activities.
- Creative mind and able to provide ideas and solutions based on client requirements.
- Candidate must have previous working experience with Event Company or advertising industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and well organized
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight dead lines
- Able to speak and write English
