1. Understand the business of the client organizations assigned. Work with staff of those organizations on understanding their job requirements.
2. Source and select through all media (online, offline networks, WOM, etc.) to fulfill required assignment plus enriching databank.
3. Interview candidates, find out their career aspirations, test their abilities so that you have a clear and true idea of a person’s skills, abilities, experiences, personality and career direction; provide proper consultancy related to their expectation
4. Communicate and consult client on final shortlist; suggest alternatives when available source vs. client's expectation are limited
5. Arrange meetings between the client and the candidate and gather/consolidate information on preferred candidates to assist the client in making a recruitment decision.
6. Discuss the offer with the candidate and show how it fits with their career aspirations. Assist the client and candidate in concluding the job offer process;
7. Comply with all aspects of service agreements, contracts and proposals
8. Contract, proposal, agreement preparation and follow up
