• Understand the business of the client organisations assigned. Work with staff of those organisations on understanding their job requirements so that a clear and detailed job order is available on the HRVietnam system;
• Source and select through all media (online, offline networks, WOM, etc.) to fulfill required assignment plus enriching databank.
• Interview candidates, find out their career aspirations, test their abilities so that you have a clear and true idea of a person’s skills, abilities, experiences, personality and career direction; provide proper consultancy related to their expectation
• Communicate and consult client on final shortlist; suggest alternatives when available source vs. client's expectation are limited
• Arrange meetings between the client and the candidate and gather/consolidate information on preferred candidates to assist the client in making a recruitment decision.
• Discuss the offer with the candidate and show how it fits with their career aspirations. Assist the client and candidate in concluding the job offer process;
• Advise Finance department to ensure correct billing for the work done.
• Compose and submit various reports requested by supervisor/ manager/ company
• Comply with all aspects of service agreements, contracts and proposals
• Contract, proposal, agreement preparation and follow up
• Assist Accounting with invoicing and collections of debt

Education:
o BA degree in Business Administration or others
o Certificate in English is prefer (e.g. English level B, Toefl 500, IELTS 6.0) and PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM)
o Certificate in Basic Human Resources Management is a plus
Experience:
o At least two years of experience in HR Consultancy or internal HR, Knowledge or experience in trading fields is preferable.
o Passion in HR Services, business mind are encouraged to apply for this position

Skills Requirement:
o Have adequate sales and negotiation skills to complete duties.
o An outgoing person who likes to talk. An effective communicator, you will enjoy meeting new people and getting good information from others.
o You will have an interest in business and be able to talk about current business issues affecting large Vietnamese and foreign companies.
o You will have experience of interviewing and be able to have employment style discussions in English and Vietnamese.
o You will need to be computer literate, especially with PowePoint, Excel and Outlook; have some experience of using a database.
o Time management skills, able to priorities effectively and allocate time efficiently so that the work gets done in the time allocated to the task;
o Project management skills including planning, implementation, organizing and follow up
