• Formulate business plans specific to HOD and Retail to execute company’s development strategies (market level, channel strategies, geographic coverage, competitive strategy)
• Forecast sales as precisely as possible to related department (factories, logistic…) to ensure total operational efficiency of the company.
• Responsibility to achieve both volume growth and profitability targets as assigned annually by the company.
• Develop distributors network, ensure optimum relationships and alignment with key distributors
• Implement permanent visibility programme to entrench ‘Path to Purchase’ effectiveness in all channels
• Set specific objectives and targets for subordinate (regional level) to ensure agreed growth rate and efficiency in all regions.
• Control expenses of sales department to have efficient spending vs budget.
• Gather valuable competitive and other information from market place to contribute to planning process or strategic/tactics formulation.
• Coordinate with all departments in the company to bring efficiency in total operations, especially through close collaboration with Marketing and Sales Productivity
• Maximize customer service, develop and evaluate customer staff programs and incentives
Responsible for recruitment, motivation, training/coaching and development of subordinates to build a highly professional and competent sales organization and customer service

• 3 years in the same position in a well-known FMCG company or 3 years at regional level with very good performance record
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in managing and building teams
• Proven experience in problem solving
• Broad knowledge in business environment/Good business mindset/sense
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skill
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Good negotiation and analytical skill
• Good computer skill
• Strong self-motivated, Creative thinking
• Capable of working under high pressure
• Willing to travel/working overseas for short missions if required
