Description du poste

  • Work with stakeholder, functional departments to determine new software requirements;
  • Analyze and give consulting how software applications can achieve departments and Company business objectives;
  • Evaluate design of new and existing systems to assess their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability, and cost of ownership;
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing system designs;
  • Establish and stimulate software development standards, and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable, and high quality software;
  • Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish, including budget, schedule and resources, develop, evaluate and manage project status;
  • Train technical & non-technical end-users once the software has been developed;

Exigence de l'emploi

Education & Experience essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related  technical fields;
  • At least 10 years practical experience in software development, especially in manufacturing and/or retail business;
  • Experience in ERP system development, accounting & finance, and business.
  • Well know the market in order to find possible option for s

 

Key competencies:

  • Strategic & detail oriented;
  • Strong technical & analytical skills, with expert knowledge of computer software languages;
  • Strong budgeting, leadership, and managerial abilities;
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills in order to collaborate with vairous levels of management, determine software requirement, and deliver effective solutions.
