Description du poste
- Manage and develop the company's overall marketing campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads) and manage CDP, CRM, and POS for personalization.
- Drive content, community engagement, and ROI monitoring.
- Track performance and grow traffic through SEO and paid media.
- Optimize website traffic, E-commerce, and multi-platform campaigns.
- Build and maintain good relationships with media partners and agencies.
- Manage and develop the company's social media channels (immediate priority).
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose effective marketing strate-gies.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Exigence de l'emploi
- Proven experience in managing or working at marketing agencies.
- Excellent social media management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of the Vietnamese market.
- Experience in the bedding or home furnishings industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
