Job Summary:
We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in procurement for a manufacturing environment, preferably in the packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies to ensure smooth production operations. Initial training will take place in Binh Duong for 3–6 months before moving to the permanent workplace in Long An.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery according to production schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, QA/QC) to manage purchasing needs and resolve issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier development programs.
- Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with quality and purchasing policies.
Exigence de l'emploi
- College or University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software (ERP is a plus)
