QA Manager

Description du poste

Establish and manage the QA/QC system across the entire production chain of backpacks and bags.
Control quality from input materials, semi-finished to finished products.
Organize and coordinate the QA/QC team in various inspection stages (inline, final, etc.).
Supervise compliance with technical procedures and quality standards for each order.
Analyze defects and customer complaints, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
Work directly with customers or third parties during quality evaluations and factory audits.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to improve product quality.
Train and enhance the capabilities of the QA/QC team.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management regarding quality performance.

College or University degree in Garment Technology, Quality Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as QA Manager or in a similar role in backpack/bag manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, sewing techniques, and quality control for export backpacks and bags.
Experienced in working with international clients (USA, EU, Japan, etc.).
Strong knowledge of international quality standards: AQL, ISO, SA8000, WRAP, etc.
Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and excellent MS Office skills are mandatory.
