- Develop and implement business strategies and plans for the company's growth
- Direct and resolve issues related to operations and customer needs

Exigence de l'emploi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in warehouse management
- Knowledge of quality standards, technical specifications, and legal regulations related to storage and transportation of goods
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and identify root causes of issues
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
