Job Description

Project management

  • Contribute fundamental brand planning with brand performance review, creative idea, communication platform, competitor review and budget estimation.
  • Able to lead implementation annual campaigns of current brands to deliver expected KPIs.
  • Effectively engage, communicate to and influence other critical internal functions and external (agencies, suppliers) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of identified projects and ensure they are driven in an effective, timely and thorough manner
  • Lead NPD projects per year; managing product development & through the line support with relevant agencies and suppliers

Planning & ideation

  • Able to give assessment for creative idea, design artwork to deliver marketing objectives
  • Control and guide agency for further adjustment under supervision of BM
  • Take part in teamwork brainstorming section and contribute for ideas
  • Supporting BM with their brand plans and strategies.

Brand understanding

  • Be familiar with the brands identity, product portfolio and target audiences.
  • Deeply understand consumer’s insight for every handling brands
  • Comprehension of brand data such as internal sales, Nielsen Retail Audit and other ad-hoc research
  • Understand competitors in the market place
  • Work with Global Marketing teams to ensure compliance with relevant brand guardrails, to leverage and share insights and drive executional efficiency

Data analysis & critical thinking

  • Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities and give hypothesis & analysis
  • Prepare monthly report to monitor on brand growth
  • Able to see pathways hidden inside complexity and working under pressure to overcome with solution
  • Problem solving mindset with quick action skill

Administrative task

  • Familiar with company policy and paperwork procedure
  • Clear & precise budget record
  • Invoicing process and supporting BM in monthly budget forecasting

Job Requirement

  • Graduated university
  • A good sense of marketing/art
  • Experience: at least 01 year in marketing, FMCG marketing is an advantage
  • Solid project management & problem solving, clear communication, solid knowledge of marketing, good teamwork
  • Passion, accountable, “can do and ask for more” attitude, active, hard working
