Job Description

Our client is one of the world’s leaders in process and conveyor belting. In all industries and logistics services, products are transported and often processed during transport. In fact, many of the products you see and use daily could well have been in contact with them belts before they came to you.

As Country Manager will lead and bring together all elements of the company, and report to Regional Managing Director. The role requires strong leadership and business management skills, as they are required to implement the group’s vision and ensure all teams to work as a smooth and integrated operation.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans
  • Develop/Control budgets, guide and lead staffs at all levels; from department heads through to operators
  • Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees
  • Provide solid leadership, coaching, direction and resources to enable the various teams to execute and delivering company objectives
  • Oversee, coordinate sales and workshop activities in accordance with company objectives
  • Support in developing relationships with customers and maintaining commitments with customers regarding to service, quality and timelines
  • Increase company effectiveness through leading staffs, this is delivered through active recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling.
  • Plan, monitor and appraise job results
  • Drive continuous process for improvement in inventory control and sales collection
  • Responsible and accountable for financial results
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Group and direct supervisor

Job Requirement

  • 8-10 years of senior management positions, in which at least 2 years of experience in Vietnam or in Asia Pacific, preferably Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Director/National Sales Manager/Country Manager
  • Experience in establishing and growing operations
  • Master Degree in Marketing/Business/ Management or related areas will be preferable
  • Extensive understanding of Vietnamese culture
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong leadership, proven interpersonal and cultural skills, able to lead idea generation and implementation
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong Sales and Marketing background
  • Strong leadership, management and administrative skills
  • Strong analytical, evaluation and business planning skills
  • Able to multi-task, detail oriented and with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • Experiences in MNC companies
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
