Finance & Accounting Manager

Our client is is a foreign venture company. We are manufacturing wooden furniture for exporting to Canada and the USA market, we are looking for Finance & Accounting Manager with details:

• Primary responsibility include overseeing day to day operation of the finance & accounting department of the business; building up the business budgeting and managing cash position and investments, ensuring that the books and records are accurate and compliance with regualtion of Vietnamese
• Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data
• Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, PIT, CIT, etc. as required
• Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters
• Establish, monitor and implement with team the ERP system and ensure its smooth running
• Prepare and present periodical, monthly, quarterly, yearly and on-demand financial statement;
• Conduct inspection according to the current statistic ordinance and accounting regulations and according to operation regulations of the company and ly report to the Director Board and related parties;
• Conduct the implementation of tax plans, policy updates and periodic tax types.
• Build financial plan, production and sales plan, monthly/quarterly/yearly budget plan;
• Plan the monthly/quarterly/yearly cash flow;
• Prepare proposal of using the company capital, including funds managed by the company;
• Speed up the collection of company capital, receivables of the company and related parties;
• Prepare, control and conduct the execution of short/medium/long-term credit contracts, agreements on issuance of bank guarantee and related parties;
• Control the expenses before payment, ensure that expenses have been approved by correct authority and suitably with the production and sales of the company and Director Board's request;
• Other financial tasks to optimize the company's capital
• Train, coach and develop local accounting team
• Other special tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

• University Graduate with major in Finance or Accounting
• Have Chief Accountant Certificate, holder of ACCA or CPA is preferred
• At least 7 years work experience in manufacturing companies, preferably with European investors
• Strong knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems, manufacturing processes and procedures
• Preferably with experience in controlling function of A/P, A/R and billing, inventory management as well as finance management to include insurance, sales analysis and pricing
• Up to date knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Vietnamese laws and regulations related to accounting work and tax issues
• Must have: experience in implementing ERP system
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Accounting Software)
• English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing
• Strong leadership, analytical and organization skills, high level of professionalism and integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure whenever necessary
