Job Description

Job Summary

To manage the support function of Independence Contract (IC), you are in charge to manage and control the benefit policy of IC. Reports directly to Senior Manager Fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains, updating and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Maintains IC benefits programs by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
  • Maintains IC results by counselling and disciplining IC; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintain or initiate the program of motivation and engagement IC with the company.
  • Implement the Incentive Payment Analysis through market knowledge and Report. frequently to management team, the strategic of incentive scheme is suggested to meet the business goals as well as the pay benchmark of market.
  • Maintain and develop the recording of independence contract document systematically.

Job Requirement

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • Preferred in Compensation and Benefit (C&B) management, Performance management, Support Diversity.
  • Intermediate English proficiency expected.
  • Good written & oral communication in Vietnamese.
  • Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
  • Attention to detail in Administration and People Management
  • Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
  • Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights) & Local travel.
  • At least 2 years in administration field, preferably in retail, ecommercial industry.
  • Proficiency level in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word and Power Point will be an advantage.
