Job Description
Our client is a 100% US FDI enterprises, specializing in exporting all kinds of backpacks and bags to the US market. We are looking for candidate for Managing Director position.
Job description:
- Manage the production department to coordinate with the plan and suppliers to ensure the delivery schedule and meet the company's quality standards.
- Coordinate production related departments effectively: knowledgeable about ordering - logistics - customs / import and export - warehouse - production (samples & product development & norms) - accounting
- Organize production & planning effectively, ensuring the company's productivity to meet orders and customer requirements
- Knowledge of layout/goals/productivity
- Ensure production costs are effective and under control
- Have knowledge of line techniques, new products, norms, sample development
- Have financial knowledge to balance and control/improve spending/expenses
- Know how to arrange appropriate orders & suppliers. Having knowledge and information about suppliers related to the garment industry
Job Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from college/university in related majors
- Must have experience in the garment industry
- Teamwork & discipline/ seriousness
- Good reporting skills & good people/information coordination
- Foreign language English: communication, service for work
