Job Description

Job purpose: Manage the marketing activities in company to support the company's achievement of revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent global brand 

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Marketing Strategies to identify effective brand recognition in the market
• Research and analyze the marketplace to identify new branding opportunities
• Deliver communications via media channels
• Coordinate the dissemination of the organization’s communication with news or trade media contacts through special events, pubic speaking or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives
• Support in formulating Strategic Planning 
• Providing guidance with Market Metrics, Segmentation, Trends and Targets to Sales Teams and Top Management
• Build up clients database 
• Design marketing tools for sales activities
• Analyse and finalize the monthly and annual sales performance result 
• Manage database and sales portfolio, upgrade the CRM (if necessary)
• Website administration

Job Requirement

University degree, MBA preferred
Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
At least 5 years experience in the same role with insurance or B2B industry
In depth knowledge of insurance concepts and processing 
Strong autonomous, excellent cross-functional skill 
High demonstration of communication and customer management 
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense, strategic-thinking, well-organized 
Be able to work under high pressure
Excellent English in both written and spoken
