Job Description

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company based in Hong Kong. We are looking for potential candidates for the post of Marketing Manager with below details:

  • Focus on new products, responsible for development and implementation of brand plans for assigned products, actively solicits inputs from cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. sales, medical affairs, marketing, regulatory affairs & regional team)
  • Drive processes to understand the patient journey and medical needs of customers. 
  • Organize local marketing programs
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Organize regional training platform and workshops to provide updated training on new products
  • Manage regional congresses and meetings
  • Organize and conduct multi-disciplinary team meeting with Sales, Marketing, Medical affairs, Regular Affairs (RA) & reimbursement on a regular basis whereby Present On Admission (POA) and project progress are reviewed and monitored
  • Ensure appropriate system and process are in place and work accordance to the company’s Code of Conduct

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Science/ Medicine / Nursing / Pharmacology;  MBA degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and commercial experience with at least 3 years spent in key management position
  • Proven experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies is desirable
  • Exposure to Regional Marketing / Overseas Assignment desirable
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English
