Job Description

  • Executes and monitors the consistent implementation of the Store’s SOP’s;
  • Follows and executes initiatives and makes sure goals are achieved;
  • Optimize products assortment selection for each store to maximize inventory turns.
  • Provides support when needed based on the spirit of flexibility and teamwork;
  • Trains related staff in expediting correct understanding and execution of approved projects / procedures;
  • Supports training programs for the staff in line with the objectives of the project (product planning, launch, execution & monitoring), by store coaching and staff motivation;
  • May be required to supervise staff at special events / activities.
  • Coordinates closely with the Inventory team / Cashier services to ensure projects and work requirements are followed in the store.
  • Ensures to follow strictly QC standards and procedures established by the company.
  • Supports the smooth and effective implementation of Service Culture in all stores, at all times through effective communication and teamwork.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor in Business or equivalent in terms of experience and background;
  • IT background is a necessity.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in retail or equivalent in terms of experience & background;
  • Minimum 3 year experience in supervisorial level;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in managing multiple stores or outlets is an advantage.
  • Conversant in English (speaking, writing);
  • Good leadership skills and team building skills;
  • Good communication skills
  • Good training skills
  • Ability to manage multi-stores operation independently / less supervision
  • Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple situation simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer service skills
