Job Description

1.General management of the project:

  • Determine the scope, preliminary planning, chaired meetings kick-off
  • Assess the project implementation capacity, guide and check the project implementation plan submitted by PM / SM
  • Approve the project implementation plan, rules and policies applied to the project
  • Guide PM / SM to implement the project
  • Change control
  • Directly work, negotiating with customers about the progress, quality, volume, cost of the project, timely pay
  • Review the post-project performance, organize meetings to draw experience for the following projects.

2. Manage the progress of the construction work performed

  • Check and approve the detailed progress plan submitted by PM / SM.
  • Receive daily progress reports from PM / SM, assess the progress of stakeholders, and make timely adjustments if there are changes to the plan.
  • Participate directly in the project implementation meeting at the site as needed
  • Quality management
  • Check and approve project quality assurance plan submitted by PM / SM. Together with the project management board check design documents, technical drawings, receive from Party A to make necessary recommendations for the project.
  • Checking and evaluating the quality and guiding the regular and irregular implementation of the project at the site
  • Approve project quality records before submission to party A
  • 3. Security management
  • Together with the safety department review and check all safety measures applied to the site,
  • Instruct the Project Steering Board to strictly implement the site safety work

4. Risk management

  • Direct and direct the risk management plan together with management
  • Estimates of possible risks at the site, analysis, risk assessment, and the extent of the risk to prevent.
  • Controls the implementation of risk management of the project

5. Cost management

  • Planning and budget estimates of the resources required for the project
  • Browse the cost limit and control the implementation costs of the project
  • Directly or jointly with the procurement officer negotiating lease agreements for the project
  • Follow the mold of completing the project, the Director end the work experience, the settlement of the project with stakeholders
  • Approval of the completed value of project payment

6. Project management

  • Personal planning approval for the project
  • Check and oversee the overall PM / SM work division and project personnel management.
  • Direct instruction, training potential PM / SM for the company
  • Evaluate the quality of project personnel, reported the HR Department of the company and the Board of Directors

7. Media management

  • The highest representative of the company in the project
  • Identify the stakeholders in the project, prepare and implement measures to manage stakeholders.
  • Speech on behalf of the company in the project with stakeholders such as supervising the owner, construction teams, sub-contractors

Job Requirement

University of construction, geotechnical
Experienced in large companies specialized in interior decoration, finishing projects resort, hotel, restaurant, ... from 4 * or higher
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Read and understand the technical standards related to the company's products and services
Analysis, synthesis, planning: excellent
Convincing, negotiating, influencing: good
Create and maintain relationships: good
Supervision: good
Decision making: fast, accurate
Difficult, can go to work in the province and abroad.
