Job Description

Our client is a trading medical devices company and high technical after-sales service in Vietnam. They are looking for candidates who has  medical devices sales experience for Medical Sales Manager position.

Position Description: This position will be responsible for achieving sales revenue by developing new accounts, growing and managing existing customers and selling products and services to hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently exceed sales quota for area
  • Submit timely and accurate quarterly sales forecasts
  • Maintain and update customer information and activity in CRM
  • Contact and qualify potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices
  • Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams
  • Build relationships with medical staff
  • Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products
  • Improve product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders
  • Research competitors and understand competitive products, features, and strengths in relation to Ultrasound machine’s products
  • Gather, analyze and deliver information from the field to allow the Company to develop strategies and products
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance
  • Estimate time and date of deliveries
  • Monitor and control demo inventory effectively
  • Other tasks issue on field.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 of previous medical device sales experience required
  • Successful track record and experience in selling medical devices in the operating room
  • Proven sales and negotiations experience
  • Success in developing new markets
  • Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels
  • Ability to travel
