Job Description

  • Develop and execute the Sales & Marketing plan while helping to achieve year-over-year entrée count growth
  • Assemble and monitor the Sales & Marketing budget as well as brand calendar in cooperation with GM
  • Source, book, and execute events that are profitable and ensuring repeat business
  • Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to corporate procedures.
  • Work in unison with the General Manager to communicate a clear direction based on a sound understanding of the business, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.
  • Partner across all departments in an effort to support the team in consistent execution of all systems and processes to deliver all products and services to restaurant’s brand standards.
  • Presentation of professional image to guests, clients, media, partners and potential business.
  • Foster an environment of customer advocacy in which all team members put the guest first in every situation.
  • Work closely with the GM to be responsive and hospitable to guest feedback from all sources, including social media and email.
  • Exceed costumers and guests expectations by planning and executing memorable, high quality events.
  • Engage with guests on direct/ personal meeting, trade shows, via phone/ mail, and Social Media channels.
  • Demonstrate a full knowledge and completed understanding about the benefit of all Social Media channels available to you.  Fully conversant with these systems and be able to engage guests through them.
  • Clearly communicate with all departments in order to fulfill and exceed guests/ clients expectations.
  • Support staff development and advancement along well-defined career paths.
  • Team player to complete the required activities to ensure we exceed our guest expectations.
  • Serve as a Learning Coach developing, implementing, and executing learning & developmental programs for all individuals under his/her stewardship to drive continuous improvement and employee retention.  
  • Possess a self-motivated approach to his/her own personal and professional growth.

Job Requirement

  • 3+ years in a Sales & Marketing role with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry.
  • Strong online-offline behavior as well as Social Media expertise.
  • Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to the team.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events.
  • High level of business acumen and common sense.
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
  • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
