Sales Manager

Job Description

Our client is a multination packaging company, we are looking for SEA SALES MANAGER, with

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

Achieve Annual sales targets assigned, ensure sales accounts growing business year on year.
Develop new markets / new customers in assigned fields, develop pipeline, and manage projects.
Work with Asia Director to develop new customers / applications / distributors in Asia Pacific region.
Assist in Sales Planning activities: Budgeting, forecasting and sales reports.
Assist in Asia market and industry analysis and conduct product portfolio and pricing analysis.
Coordinate with plants to satisfy customer’s needs: Enquiry, order delivery and quality requirements.

Qualification: Degree in related field or degree level.
6-8 years sales & marketing working experience within rigid / flexible plastic packaging industry, personal & healthcare packaging, food & beverage packaging, pharma or cosmetic packaging, plastic caps & closures etc
Proven success, knowledge and experience of new business development, account management, pipeline management, negotiation skills, sales planning, market knowledge, developing budgets and forecasting.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Strong business acumen, highly motivated, excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
