Job Description

 Our client is a professional supplier of professional electrical appliances, whose main products are rice cookers from Japan. Head office is in Ho Chi Minh City and an office is in Hanoi. The company is expanding business and looking for talent for Sales Supervisor position:

1. Ensuring regional business objectives:
- Ensure the Distributor comply with the terms of the contract as well as the notice and policy from time to time.
- Propose / divide the goals (output, sales, focus ...) clearly, in line with the goals of the Regional Sales Manager for each member of the sales team in the field.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the team's daily / weekly goals and having timely corrective measures.
- Allocated budget allocated for promotional programs, displays, POSM advertising items ...) for each salesman and follow-up.
- Ensure information is communicated clearly.
- Collect information about market, competitors and report to Sales Department.

2. Capacity building team:
- Schedule a monthly coaching calendar.
- Regularly go to market with a Work With sales staff to train skills / identify and identify sales opportunities.
Weekly or One-to-One Weekly Meetings with Salespeople to track the combination of training to improve team competencies.
- Monitor the operation of the route (Route). Ensure full operation daily to achieve the targets of market development, sales targets.
- Store reports and take notes on Work With, One on One, Weekly Meetings as required.
- Ensure the application and maintenance of tools, sales methods in the activities of the Dealer / Distributor (Solomon, Palm, Scoreboard, implementation plan ...) according to the company's requirements.
- Support / Instruct the Sales Manager to solve everyday problems.

3. Customer Development / Support:
- Assist Distributor in resolving issues arising in business
- Assist Distributor in resolving issues arising in business
- Frequent presence on the market, especially frequent visits to key customers to be able to understand and satisfy the needs of customers as well as find new customer development opportunities.

Job Requirement

Age 25-35

1. Education: University
2. Expertise: Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
3. Skills / Abilities:
- Active, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
- At least 03 years working experience in supervising electrical home appliances business
- Good communication skill;
- Creativity, High work pressure
- Ability to manage time, organize work well
4. Other Requirements:
- Good healthy
- Tolerated to the market
