Job Description

  • Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
  • Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client satisfaction
  • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis  and manage clients’ expectations
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Develop and manage projects/programs, including concept proposals, implementation plan, staffing plan, budget and timeline
  • Manage suppliers & subcontractors as & when required
  • Report to clients on project management/program status
  • Other relevant tasks will be assigned by Director
  • Know well advertising working process to control each step to deliver good for client
  • Experience of problem solving
  • Update market trend and competitor’s activities to update team and client
  • Negotiate skill to deal with all partners
  • Do all documents paper work as job required
  • Keep and build good relationship with client
  • Willing spend more time working if job requests

Job Requirement

  • Having at least 5 years working experience in IMC, Trade Marketing (Marketing Communications) and working in advertising agencies with experience in ATL & BTL
  • Prefer candidates used to serve electronic brands as an account  for LG, Toshiba, Samsung, Sony,..
  • Prefer having digital experience
  • Holding college or bachelor degree;
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level;
  • A persuasive and confident approach in client service manner;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Effective team management capabilities;
  • Detail and result oriented;
  • Proactive, dynamic, creative;
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English
  • Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising industry and International clients
  • Management skill: has ability of managing, supervising, operating and solving assigned tasks in SOW (making the action plan, monitoring advertising campaign, managing the production process of advertising materials, signals, exhibition,…)
  • Experience working with Japanese clients is preferable;
