Job Description

Our client is a total service provider in metal and non-metal finishing industry, ranging from a process design to complete innovative equipment for both plating lines and waste treatment systems.

We are looking for potential candidate for Technical Sales Manager position with below details:

  • Developing and implementing strategies and tactics for short-term, mid-term and long-term planning, encompassing sales activities, revenues, and expenses controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization’s presence to achieve domestic, international sales, portfolio, marketing, engineering to align with company’s business strategies.
  • Providing advice and guidance to market research, marketing strategy implementation and executing marketing communication activities.
  • Monitoring new and current opportunities and new lead enquiries and helping sales team to close them.
  • Monitoring operation costs for the branch office to ensure that they are aligned with the targets.
  • Coordinating of the Technical Service team related to Sales activities and technical requests.
  • Cherishing good relationship with customers and ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
  • Providing advice regarding sales forecast and operation costs of all commercial sections.
  • Overseeing performance of marketing, domestic sales and business development.
  • Helping the forecast of finished products to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Supporting strategic direction of all commercial team.
  • Developing relationship with key customers’ accounts and business partners.

  • Supporting commercially value-added offers to acquire new opportunities, new business and maximizing profit for products and equipment.
  • Overseeing continuous development of manpower’s competence and skills within the unit and stimulate the activities of individual development of commercial team.
  • Setting up policies for dealers and distributors to ensure the functional effectiveness of business.
  • Supporting the strategic communication, i.e. advertisement, e-marketing approaches, seminars, sales promotion, PR exhibitions, website, sales kits, product guides, trade exhibition to champion the marketing programs.
  • Performing the other tasks as per assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemical or other related fields.
  • Prior experience of technical sales in Electro Plating is required.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in metal plating field. Having experience in working with multi-national companies is preferable.
  • Good command in English language is required.
  • Have experience in working with diverse audiences.
  • Be highly motivated, results oriented individual with effective team working skills.
  • Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
