Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, plans, and budgets to meet business targets.
- Lead the Sales Department to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team and individual sales performance; propose timely solutions.
- Identify new markets and customer needs; approach and introduce logistics service offerings.
- Develop new logistics services based on market trends and company capabilities.
- Update and present company profiles, including subsidiaries and joint ventures.
- Propose customer-focused growth strategies to improve service quality and satisfaction.
- Design and update incentive policies in coordination with other departments.
- Build a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative team culture.
- Manage Sales team operations, assign KPIs, coach, and support staff development.
- Lead training, improve workflows, and ensure process effectiveness.
- Analyze market data to propose appropriate sales strategies.
- Other tasks as assigned; details will be discussed during the interview
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Team Leader, or equivalent role.
- Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.
- Solid knowledge of both domestic and international logistics business practices.
- In-depth understanding of the logistics industry, including market trends, products, services, warehousing, and transportation.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships; strong time management and planning skills; persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking, conflict management, result-oriented mindset, and effective team collaboration.
