Mô tả công việc
A globally recognized leader in testing, inspection, and certification services is seeking customer oriented attitude, strong selling and negotiation person for Business Unit Manager/ Business Field Manager with Strategic and operational responsibility of the Business Field in the region, including P&L responsibility, in coordination with the regional business manager as:
• Responsible for achieving the local Business Field commercial targets (P&L), including sales, costs and EBIT
• Responsible for definition of the local BF strategy (taking explicit account of the global and regional BF strategy) as well as implementation and controlling
• Responsible for the local product portfolio of the BF including innovation, relaunch and elimination of products (taking explicit account of global product portfolio strategy)
• Responsible for implementing performance processes, IT-tools and quality management within the local BF on the basis of global and regional policies and in coordination with the relevant Service Functions
• Responsible for implementation of technical requirements related to relevant accreditation standards
• Responsible for know-how application in the local area
• Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the employees of the particular local BF
• Adherence to & implementation of corporate guidelines and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

- Education: Master's degree/Bachelor with engineering background
- 5-10 years of experience in with one or more of the areas of P04’s scope:
- Power electronics (e.g. Energy Storage Systems (battery or other), Electric Vehicle charging systems, Power Converters etc)
- Components (e.g. cable, switchgear, controller, protecting devices)
- Machinery (e.g. robotics, factory automation)”
- Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles throughout the company
- Good knowledge about the industry, latest developments and changing market
- Both Vietnamese and English communication at higher management levels
- None, another language spoken in assigned region is considered helpful
