We are looking for talent for the post of Content Manager/Content Lead for Global agency with main duties as:
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing objectives of clients
- Collaborate with Client Service and Creative teams to plan and develop diversified content, content outline and platforms
- Assigning content production tasks to team members and commissioning articles, videos and other content from external resources
- Approving content to be published and ensuring it meets all quality control checks
- Edit, proofread and improve content writers’ posts
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic in alignment with business objectives
- Seek out PR opportunities to produce branded content for media outlets
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
- Stay up-to-date with social trend developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
- Analyze content reach and prepare reports for senior management
- Strategize long term content creation plans with senior management teams and other departments
- Participate in pitches, and take the leading part for content strategies and planning
- Play the role for content QC of team members
- Manage Content Team to ensure the qualified deliverables
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 6 years of working experience in content writing, 2 years as the same role of Content Lead / Content Manager
- Proven work experience as a Content manager
- Ability to be creative and to produce innovative content
- Proficiency with content management platforms such as WordPress, Facebook, Instagram ...etc..
- Ability to absorb new digital platform for Content creativities such as Tiktok…etc..
- Ability to use analytical tools, such as Google Analytics to generate accurate reporting
- Knowledgeable of social media platforms and digital media outlets
- Knowledgeable of traditional media and PR outlets, such as newspapers and television news cycles
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well with others, and work under high pressure
