We are seeking a talent for CONTRACT SPECIALIST in gas/oil industry with details:
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to projects, including procurement, service agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
- Ensure all contracts align with company policies, industry standards, and applicable legal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks.
- Risk Assessment and Compliance:
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes that may affect contract management processes.
- Contract Administration:
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely renewal or termination as required.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables, obligations, and milestones are met.
- Resolve contract disputes or issues ly with internal and external parties.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain organized and updated records of all contracts and related correspondence.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, potential risks, and performance metrics.
- Provide data and insights to support audits and internal reviews.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for contract-related queries from internal departments, clients, and vendors.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices.
- Facilitate communication between legal, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment on contractual obligations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in contract management, legal compliance, or related role
- Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
