Our client is the largest fragrance-only fragrance house in the world, we are looking for Vietnamese talent for the post of Country Manager inVietnam with details:
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
- Responsible for managing sales and operations within the designated territories, which include profit, revenue, quality targets, and administrative efficiencies.
- Responsible for establishing product presence and driving sales activities in the territories.
- Formulate and drive strategy to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with associated partners in the territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for strategic business development plans both short term and long term ventures.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new business development according to market conditions.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the current brand conditions and future developments in the business market and continuously enhance the position of the company.
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
- Produce periodical business performance reports for strategic analysis and review of board of regional directors.
- Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Provide consultative solutions on sales which include proactive recommendations of product values through identification of new opportunities on clients’ needs and trends.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results.
- Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations on needs basis.
- Oversee activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
- Recruit and manage team members which includes performance coaching, training and mentoring
- Effectively communicate job expectations, review job contributions, plan and review compensation strategy, enforce policies and procedures compliances
- Provide direct coaching via on-the-job guidance or assistance to elevate and transfer quality job knowledge to team members
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 10 years of related industry sales experience with the last 5 years in a strategic role
- Must have both the sales skills and product knowledge to make presentations and sales lead communication
- Must have the ability to develop and work extensively at the higher management level
- Good knowledge of a broad range of products know-how of the industry will be advantageous
- Ability to self-drive, multi-task and work within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop internal and external clients relationships
- Ability to act on opportunities with sound solutions
- Strong leadership skills with ability to command respect from co-workers
- Ability to deliver business value to the sales operation and clients
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
