- Evaluate, monitor, and report on social responsibility compliance (BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, Code of Conduct, etc.).
- Assist in implementing and monitoring solar energy projects in the factory (installation, operation, performance monitoring, reporting).
- Coordinate with third-party auditors and customers during social responsibility audits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure CSR, environmental, and safety standards are effectively implemented.
- Collect data, develop improvement plans related to labor, environmental, and safety compliance.
- Keep updated with legal regulations on labor law, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct training on CSR awareness and energy initiatives for internal staff when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR, social compliance, or sustainability.
- Experience with solar energy systems is an advantage but not required.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) to liaise with international clients and audit organizations.
- Knowledge of international CSR standards such as BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, SA8000, ISO 14001, ISO 26000 is a plus.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
