We are looking for a Digital Media Planner. The candidate will be expected to be member of Digital Planning Team in a professional leading advertising agency whose functions are planning and directing communication campaign for Clients.
Below is a detailed job description of what we are looking for:
Job Responsibilities:
Media Responsibilities:
- Participates in development and management of effective integrated media plans
- Coordinate with functional teams, agencies to strategize and execute social media campaigns
- Analyze digital behavior to select the most appropriate media channels to objectives
- Evaluated media partners using 3rd party tools to determine relevancy & efficiency of their services
- Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation
- Work closely with digital media agencies
Intelligent Research:
- Stay aware of industry standards, new media program/opportunities and can advise on new way to reach targets
- Analyzes web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports to clients, and recommends optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance
Presentation Creation:
- Create the deck logically, convincingly (and beautifully)
- Prepare and present media plan & recommendations
- Help guide Strategic and Digital Planning teams with your understanding of digital media analysis
- Responsible for collecting data of new & on-going media campaigns to prepare client reports
- Internal projects and paperwork of Digital Planning team
Reporting:
• Analyze and make report of the campaigns
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2-year working experience in Advertising agency OR 1-year media planning experience from client side or in Agency
- Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations
- Understand how digital fits in the overall marketing/media strategy
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Detail oriented and proficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize and structure workload
- Good English usage in 4 skills
